I just finished a new feature that allows customers the ability to submit erotic stories to our phone sex operators.

Basically it works like this:
1. Customer submits the story.
2. PSO receives an alert in her control panel about the story and she can click to edit/review, etc.
3. The PSO can then set a price for the story.
4. Last step the PSO calls our story line, enters the generated 'story code' and records herself reading it.

Customers will then see the story on the PSO's profile and on our main story section. The customer can read the story and decide to call and pay a fee to listen to the PSO reading it.

If your not familiar with the phone sex biz you may think that it is unlikely that a customer would spend money to listen to a recorded story but it's actually not uncommon. In fact many of these customers have very unique fetishes and they become obsessed with some of our girls. So if the PSO is not their to answer a live call they will pay to listen to a recorded story - even one they wrote themselves.

Now here's where it gets profitable:
1. Customers can only listen once per call. So if a customer wants to hear the story again they have to call again. We have many customers calling to listen to the same story several times a night.
2. PSOs get paid for every call. So if a guy listens to the same story 10 times in one night the PSO gets paid instantly 10 times.

So I'm looking for anyone that might be interested in partnering or being an 'affiliate' of this.

Here's how the partnership/affiliate part would work:

You could create a performer account for yourself and hire girls to read the stories (PSOs receive 1 main account and 4 sub-accounts).

For example you create a performer account and just do stories only. You then hire 5 girls that will read the stories (or if your a female with a great voice you can record them). You can write the stories yourself or wait for customers to submit them. The girls you hire (if you choose to) do not even need to be associated with the site (they could be freelancers). You would send them the story, phone number, and story code. They don't even have to have internet access.

We are willing to offer a 70% commission on every purchased story. You could do them all yourself or hire freelancers to do it. Payout is by direct deposit, check or practically anyway we can arrange. You also see the sales instantly from your control panel.

I have a couple of questions for you. I'm working on a project that might be good for this when I get it done.

1. If I write a story, can I just submit it to the site and one of the PSOs that are already on the site reads it or do I have to hire the girls in order to get them read?

2. Is there a way to find out what type of stories the customers like the most?

3. Once a story is read and in the system, will it be available to all callers/customers or is it just the girl who read its customers?

1. If you submit a story to a PSO that is not in your account, then that PSO you submitted the story to gets the money. You only get paid if the story is submitted to one of the girls in your account.

*Here's a little carrot we offered to our customers.. They can write a story and submit it to their favorite PSOs. If the PSO records the story then the customer that submitted it receives a 20% commission every time someone listens to the story. The commission goes into the customer e-wallet so they can use the money for calls, texts, paid chat, etc.

2. That's a tough one. Phone sex is pretty fetish and can get a bit weird. A lot of our callers just want a sexy girl to talk to. Many have very niche fantasies (which is why phone sex works). Hard to tell but we have messaging, chat, etc. so customers tell you what their into.

3. Once the story is in the system it's available for anyone to read and call.

Two questions:

1 - Is this a feature that you can offer to affiliates? What I mean is, can you track a story everywhere in the system, and if it is ever read, commission the affiliate?

This seems like a way that you could get all kinds of spectacular erotic writing talent on board.

2- As to your general offer - the way I read it is that the affiliate obtains a PSO account (is that free?) and then would need to generate callers to the account in order to be paid. Is that right? Or is this something that your current customers would be sent to?

1. I haven't built this into a traditional affiliate type system yet. Basically the PSO 'is' the affiliate. From the PSO control panel you can track all sales, example below:



You can see who ordered and even follow-up with a message to them. Theoretically you could manage a group of girls and send them the stories to record. All the money appears in your control panel and you can payout the girls if you wish or we can. We have a global inbox and batch features so it's easy to manage.

2. It is free to register as a PSO. Your account would be live and listed to our customers. We have thousands of customers so you would already have a built-in audience. Although it doesn't hurt to build traffic to your profiles.

I did this for a few reasons and it's not really about money. After the commissions and all the profit margin would be small. But it does offer:

- Customer engagement. These guys love the thought of directing their own erotic fantasies and hearing their favorite PSOs read them.

- Content: Obviously lots of original user-generated content like this would help in organic ranking.

- Perks for the customers that do write the stories because they earn free credits which they use to buy services from the girls (so it helps build activity)

- And lastly, guys actually have an opportunity to make money in phone sex. We have guys register all the time thinking they will make money talking to girls, but it just doesn't work like that. So now a guy can register and upload stock images and portray a female persona. Then by just using our paid texting, paid chat and paid stories they can make money. You could hire a girl to record the story from a freelancer site and pay her once for the story, but then sell it over and over from your account.

I may consider scripting an affiliate problem for this but all of the tracking, sales, etc. is already built into the PSO control panel.

Also I've been trying to arrange partnerships with sites like gloryhole girls and stuff like that. Guys would love to call and actually speak to the girl that did the video, ask her questions, etc.

Any place where an amateur has built up a fan base would work. Especially if her content was fetish oriented.
