But I'll play ball. Let's say for argument's sake that this is a "new" fence. It doesn't add-on to current fence-mileage. An old fence (not wall) was taken out and replaced with a new fence (not wall). We agree on that right?

In the midst of a "national emergency" which Trump declared to get his "Wall" project built, why is he showing footage of something that was greenlit in 2017... WAY before any of this crisis happened AND stated that MANY MORE MILES UNDER CONSTRUCTION when there is, in fact, nothing else being built. Isn't that deceiving? Isn't that a lie?
