That being said, I tried some meatless morning sausage patties the other day and they were really really good. If they can make meatless imitations that tastes exactly like the real thing I'm fine with that but I'm not letting go of anything I like unless the imitation tastes exactly the same.... unless there's some world zombie disaster or something which would change everything for everyone anyway.

I LOVE BBQ eel sushi and the article I read says that eel can cause gout as well very interesting. I've never had gout but it's something good to know.

Yes, of course, I'll try it if I get a chance! The way I approach my food is that I eat a mostly plant-based diet and usually one of my meals ends up including an animal protein, preferably fish/seafood. I believe in a more balanced approach. Hey, if you're going to make a not so good decision by eating fast (processed) food, why not make a better decision if you can.

I tried Vegan for a little while after reading Penn's book. I had an impossible burger,it tasted just like a fucking burger. Vegan lasted 3 months because it made me really fucking tired all the time.
