Porn tubes allow or did allow anyone to upload anything and anyone to watch. If you think governments and other mainstream companies this industry rely on will always sit back and allow. You deserve to lose.

No, these are attacks on the parasites that leech off the content owners. Don't be fooled. PornHub, XVideos, Xhamster, et al. are not our friends.

That may be true but I, personally, do not need to be friends with someone to make money with them. Show me a way, in today's world, where I can make more without tube affiliates than with them and we can talk.

They are not being "generous". Since PornHub was forced to remove all of the non-verified UGC, the only content that they can use is from legitimate content owners. They are desperate to retain content owners, while they attempt to restore their merchant account. Without UGC and legitimate content, they will have to shut it all down.

Like most industry groups, FSC members pay dues. Do you expect their lawyers to work pro bono to protect you?

It wasn't dues, it was extortion. $100 a month ALL OF A SUDDEN for dues. Please wake up and smell the scam.

Gamma and I are partners on my website, I finance and own all the scenes and we have had a great ten-year business relationship

What Mindgeek is doing is unprecedented in that they are paying producers out of their pocket out.

I have been in the business for over 20 years and have never seen a company pay for content when they are not making any money

For over a decade, through the business model of offering alleged stolen content, at no direct cost to them, PornHub et.al. has made BILLIONS of dollars in advertising revenue. That is BILLIONS of dollars that normally would of flowed from the consumer to the rightful owners of the content.

As stated before, when pretty much everything created was stolen and hosted on their site, they had to find a way to get the victims (producers and content creators) to keep making fresh content, and that was by offering financial incentives.

PornHub is NOT paying revenue out of their pocket. They have always been earning and paying revenue OUT OF THE POCKETS of the CONTENT CREATORS.

I am surprised you are so naive and servile, times must be very tough... Do you really believe that PH pays producers for no reason? Producers that pump content to their site make them the biggest porn site on the net and they want to keep that position. They want their monopoly. They sure DO make money on that content.

Their payout is shit compared to the costs associated with shooting a quality scene. By uploading more and more full videos on their site you are helping your competitor and you are thankful that they pay a few bucks for those exclusive scenes?

Joe, you are letting your arrogance and ignorance be on public display.

1. I have no reason to personally wish you financial harm. But there is nothing I can do for you. If you sleep with the dogs invested with fleas, the odds are you will get bitten by those fleas.

2. You don't read much, and know as much as you think you do. You still don't know what I have done in this industry. It just demonstrates that you are not so high up on the food chain.

While my comments may come across as insulting, it's not meant to. It's more in line with suggesting a reality check. At no time are the anti Porn Hub folks wanting to see your demise. What you should be doing is focused on alternative ways to drive traffic to your platforms.

It isn't 2008 PornHub, xVideos, xHamster, etc have been working with every producer in the industry myself included for over a decade.

PornHub Premium is not making revenue right now and they are paying producers for views, it might not much be it is something

I find it interesting that I don't see any people who produce content currently complaining about PornHub, xVideos or XHamster which are the sites that have partner progams

If you want to complain about someone talk about the sites that blatantly steal content and do not have a partner program like sxprn.com or xfantazy.com

I can name at least 4 big players who didn't want to support it or copy it as their businessmodel. When you search the forum there are many old topics from 10 - 15 years ago. Also because they know the people in the business and didn't want to (let) steal from friends. There where times when tube people visited adult industry incognito and sometimes with some muscles might it come to a fight. PS, not all tubes used stolen content. But looking back, maybe some think now they should have just copied the business model.

Helping your competition while also kissing their ass = the worst case of servility and lack of self-respect , so sad...

Basically... You are thankful that the biggest porn site in the world making millions of $$$ while being publicly accused of criminal activity pay you beer money for being one of the hundreds that keep them the biggest porn site in the world with their exclusive content uploads

You should rename yourself to "Brown nosing Dan"

Your lack of knowledge and understanding of tube sites and this industry, in general, is very apparent

EVERY major production company works with those tube sites that support those of us in the industry by offering revenue share and do their best to police their content

We should ALL continue to work with these companies and call out those sites like Motherless and the others I mentioned that blatantly steal from producers and do NOT care or monitor what type of content goes on their site

If this is what you call brown nose then you are truly dellusional

Yeah, we all know that the global porn monopoly offers revenue share (pocket change) for the sole purpose of supporting third party producers

You almost made me cry with your naivety...

Ass-kissing overload.
