How are they going to make sales in the future if consoles go digital only like some are now? No one wants to buy cards in the store unless you're giving them as a gift. They also don't buy/sell anything that's older than 1 gen before the current gen.

The only thing that I like about GS is the random swag that they sell now, which I rarely actually buy, and when I'm pre-ordering a game.

The game stop boom is very simple. A short seller tried to fuck them by posting on social media ( I believe it was YouTube and Twitter ) that they were over valued.

Someone on reddit saw it and got pissed, posted about it and it went nuts from there.

Yeah, they are trying to deflate the stock so people panic sell, but it's going to jump back up, and you can expect these daily fluctuations for some time. it's all good as long as the vast majority doesn't fall for the trick and holds onto their shares.
