What is going on with Paxum?!

For the past 3 months all my EFT Transactions were returned without any reason provided. Been using them for atleast 2 years now and it always went smooth, but since the last 3 months none of my withdrawals go through.

The real kicker is the support and the fee's. Although they've told me they will route it through a different bank it still doesn't work. Now they say i shall try another bank or use their credit card.

I don't wanna use their credit card as it takes ages to arrive here, and also is associated with lots of fee's. On top of that i have spent now 30$ in EFT Fee's and got all of my withdrawals rejected without any reason. Shouldn't they be so kind to return back my EFT Fees if i am not the reason why their withdrawal system won't work? Cause it clearly has worked before that.

Anyone else with the same issue?

I dunno about EFTs but all of my attempts at withdrawing to my external credit card at my bank have been rejected for months now. Money's stuck in Paxum with no way to use it.

For the last 3-4 months roughly? Because that was the same timespan for me as well.

Yep. I vaguely remember seeing an error message somewhere about Paxum being a banned financial institution that my mainstream bank wouldn't deal with. But don't quote me on that.

I've been able to withdraw from an ATM like I usually do but the last couple of weeks I've had to try 2, 3 and even 4 times before the money comes out. The error message reads, "The Transaction cannot be Completed at the Time."

No idea if it's related to anything posted here.

Interesting! Did they return the transaction to your Paxum account without any notice? Because thats what they did with mine.

My wire transfer got rejected this week 12 days after initiating it, and they say that my bank has made a decision to reject it. Guys at the bank said the funds never reached them. I had no issues in January tho and last year, as far as I remember, maybe some minor ones, but money always arrived. I've made another transfer, so we'll see. Good luck us.

It's just weird as it has been working flawlessy for the previous months but all of a sudden in the last 3 months, all of my withdrawals get rejected. Tried another bank now and also contacted my local bank to see if they rejected an incoming transfer.
