A question Ottawa based crowd
I'm curious, how usually the local rental market works? Is it slow or fast?
Say, if I want to find a Sandy Hill based 1 bedroom to rent for a year, how much time it might take me to settle on arrival to Canada, consider I have a local employment. Any other good options aside Sandy Hill? I need a public shool and good public transportation option before I deicide having a car. Thanks
