I dropped (lost) $1000, 2 $100 and the rest $20.
In a roll with a rubber band. I was on my way to buy some rims for truck, fell out of my jacket pocket at some point. No name on it. Looked for a while... was in a parking lot. I even asked a cop if someone turned it in. I could have identified it, she just weirdly smiled and said no.
I hope the person that found it, needed it. It wasn't my life's savings, just bump, but still. What would you do if you found it. True story. |

If I could find the owner, I would give back. I was taking my dog for a walk and found a wallet full of money. I got his ID out and started Googling for his phone number. Then I called him and he came to my house to get it. He was a black guy and matched picture on ID.
