Another option would be creating something unique in your training files, tailored for specific niche offerings and then sell the training files?. For what I have seen the training part is not that hard, 10 to 100 pictures for training gets good results, I guess the hard part is getting the prompts, lora and model right so you can reproduce the same girl, getting fun images with similar face in differente styles is easy but yes, consistency is not that easy I guess.
