apple store does not allow adult content, how does twitter/x get around it, also apple store got rid of scoopz for violence and twitter/x has the same?

Because the apps/sites aren't primarily adult related and the content is user generated.
There's things in place that protect these types of sites, just like why Reddit and X/Twitter don't get shut down if CSAM content is found on it. It is entirely impossible to enforce content moderation when you have hundreds of millions of daily active users.
