Apart from meth...
What's your favorite thing to cook for Christmas?
I'm looking to do something different to the usual turkey, ham, beef, turducken stuff. |

Every other year I am in Australia for the holidays, so lots of grilling, like racks of lamb and prawns.
At home I usually smoke or roast a duck. Turkey and ham suck. |

here it's curried goat
smells delicious but I stick to the ortaniques (cross between an orange and a tangerine). those are amazing don't think I know anyone in NA who actually likes turkey, and apparently it's a PITA to cook so weird to me everyone makes it for xmas and thanksgiving. like 'tradition' is one thing but c'mon

I do enjoy some duck, pheasant too, might have to look into sourcing that, thanks for the suggestion!

That's usually Christmas Eve dinner for us. Bunch of Italian style fish, pastas, salads and dessert dishes.
December 26th (Boxing Day) we'll end up doing a roast pork with all the trimmings. New Years is usually some ham type dish with a bunch of veggies and black eye peas. |

We let Flanigan's in Miami cook B-B-Q ribs for our Christmas dinner. A family tradition for over 30 years. Put some south in your mouth!
