So I have MySQL table with id as index, and url..
What's better for seo ?

1. Just call up URL in my <a href="<?= $url ?>">

or

2. Call up out.php?id=1 rewriting it to: great-tits/1/

I think its 2?

same thing. Google will pickup the redirect.

The difference is what it is on the final site, not the link.

1. Redirection to internal or external pages?
2. What kind redirection (http code)?
3. What do you want to accomplish (the goal)?
