My printer just died, recommendations please?
Looking for something basic, under $100, must have color printing ability and preferably a scanner too.
I don't print much, maybe 40-50 sheets a month so I don't need anything with a bunch of bells and whistles, just the absolute minimum. Any suggestions please, the one that died was a HP 2710, it was decent but a little bulky.

It's over $100, but I prefer Brother or Dell laser printers. I have my original black and white from 10 years ago, and I've only replaced the toner once. Still works just fine.

Totally understand just getting a cheap printer, I did the same, but while it works fine with win 10, it doesn't work with the latest mac silicon models - So anything I need to print, has to be from the win PC - I cant just hit print on whichever computer I'm using at the time...

I actually just replaced one of these for my father, bought it used off Amazon for less than $100: HP Officejet Pro 8028e, works just fine!
