Start collecting their email addresses.
Once you have their email address you have their information until the end of time. This way if TikTok closes or Instagram removes your account... you still have a way to reach them. Make a special video, put it on line someplace, have them give up their email address for access to the video and presto.... YNOT Mail can do all of this.
