Hi there!

Anyone here know a content provider who sells pics with a license that allows me to give those pics to other webmasters for free (like free content in a partnership program).

I've never heard of one personally, but that doesn't mean there isn't. I've only used about 20 providers, but I've looked into many more. It's trying sometimes to even find a provider that allows unlimited domains. I'll keep my out and e-mail you if I see one.

We might put our site logo and url on the picture. Then it is the same as a big banner ad.... or what do you think?

Licensee may trade up to twenty (20) images from the product to another site at a given time for the purposes of "link exchange", but you may not trade in exchange for other content. Such links must display your URL visible to the eye, and must have "images courtesy of web-legal content provider" on the page where the images are displayed.
