Why is most of my traffic coming to my blogs from mobile devices? Is this the norm?

It's quickly becoming the norm, as we have some publishers now with well over 60% of traffic coming from mobile devices.

So How do you build for this traffic..Is it the same as a regular blog or site..???

Building for it is more difficult as you want to make sure it works on a majority of the devices. My suggestion would be to implement a mobile solution from an affiliate program and test your traffic to see what percentage of mobile users you have. While you are earning money and collecting data, you can be building your own solution.

Yes make sure your site is designed to look good on tablets like iPad as well as smartphones. Few people redirect to different templates, but a one-stop solution is doable.

Mobile traffic is definitely increasing due to the growing number of people who use phones and tablets as their primary web surfing device.
