So is NATS good or bad?

A while ago we had the NATS thing. People were saying they would no longer use it.

But is it now all ok, and bugs sorted?

It's a neverending dance with the devil. Once it's working, if you leave it the hell alone, things are fine. Otherwise, you fuck with shit and it breaks. The later 3.1.x releases work perfectly fine.

NATS is great .. support is great .. all the guys over there are very accommodating and helpful .. we have been through hell with new and upgraded programs and their tech guys have been on it non-stop making sure everything and anything we needed was done perfectly .. so .. yeah I guess I am happy with NATS and the TMM products ..

Yes.

The only people affected were those who didn't implement any security at all - to the tune of never changing passwords, not locking inactive accounts, not checking for logins, etc..

I have only had pre-sales dealings with them, but I have to agree that they are very supportive and seem to go above and beyond the call of duty for their customers.

As far as the password issues, I believe that they highly recommend the use of strongbox with their products.

If it does what you want, and you are happy how your servers perform while it does the job, then what will your answer be? If you judge something purely on its data model, the interfaces it has. Since I am of the latter type, I would say it is bad...

NATS is outstanding. The support is solid and it works for anything I want.

If you ask me, their stats etc are awesome ... their support is more then excellent.

The only thing that ticks me off all the threats of revoking licenses and legal actions but, maybe John learned a thing or two about public relations the past few months.

All in all it seems like a decent software and their new versions honestly looks superior to anything else I've ever seen.

But still, that crap around the intrusion (shit happends I know that) but, the way it was handled, it left a bad taste ..... not trying to ditch the program though, just saying...

Itīs a great solution.

You know, things are never perfect, I could make a huge list of things that I donīt like of NATS, but the fact is that NATS makes my life easier.

And what is more important, TMM improved a lot the quality of the support.

Also I should say that I never tried other products, but also I never felt the need to do it.

As an affiliate, I wish NATS would develop a feature that lets you track sent payments.

Knoa what I'm sayin?
