His first movie was pretty much of a rip off of a previous movie called "Circus of Souls". I think "Unbreakable" is ok but everything else sucks. He is a hack of the first order.

Programmers should be able to work out the double every day thing quite easily since it's the same as binary. 2 ^ 30 = 1073741824
or $10,737,418.24

The problem I have with the riddle is that it's assuming a 31 day month, as the first day you only get 1 cent, meaning in a generally accepted 30 day period, the total is 1 + 2 ^ 29.

Oh yeah, and the movie was fucking awful. I had two different people recommend it to me and I'll never forgive them.
