Obama is not a Muslim or a terrorist (although his father was a Muslim). The people who pursue this line of argument are idiots.

Obama is an anti-American radical leftist with ties to various radical leftists and leftist organizations that go back 20 years. That is what should concern people.

There are so many reasons to be concerned about Obama, but the idea that he is a Muslim sympathizing terrorist supporter is certainly not one of them.
