are you asking how to prevent people from right clicking and saving images from a web page?
it's not dreamweaver specific, but there are ways you can *try to* make images unable to be saved. search the good for "disable right click" or "disable saving images" for some code. but... technically if an image is on your page and someone visits it, they have already "downloaded" it all you'll be doing it making it harder for them to save it somewhere they can access easily if that's not what you were asking about... my bad...

make the image a background image and then put a transparent spacer.gif on top of it.
