Batts only paid me $1000 I cant see how $1000 would fix his problems and as I have stated before money wont fix his problems he needs to deal with his mental health issues first.

Here's the thing: I believed exactly that, therefore I bought content from him. His server was down at that moment and came back a day or so afterwards. I am indeed thinking that he used at least part of the money to get his server back online. This was on NOVEMBER 17th.

YET, to this day he hasn't delivered anything at all... he lies whenever I bring it up. First he would fedex it, then he would upload, then he would send it by mail, then I would download... he'd make me an ftp account and he needed my IP because it wasn't working... and the login for ftp is admin?

It's something that after delivering he would still have it to sell again, if he thought it was a low price then he could sell the next packages more expensive, it's something that costs nothing to give, and it's something that if he did deliver he'd get more business. But he hasn't... *shrug*
