Once the software has been installed, and with the addition of microphone adaptor (with Truphone's own mic to be made be available very soon) an iPod touch owner can make free worldwide calls to other iPod touch owners, to customers of Truphone's VoIP service and to users of Google Talk.

Truphone also promises us that the following features are coming soon:

* Making and receiving calls to and from landlines (PSTN) at low cost (simply set yourself up with a Truphone account)
* Instant messaging to Skype and MSN (free)
* Calling to Skype users (free)
* Calling to MSN users (free)
* Check and set facilities for Twitter (free)
* Check and set facilities for Facebook (free)

Fuck yea that's cool for all those iPod touch owners. Shit I love my new iPhone, and Jailbreaking was the greatest thing I have ever done. It's awesome the options you have afterwards!
