Zombaio - CC Processing rate at 4.9%
This is not a special x-mas offer, this is for real! I know many of you think that it is impossible for high risk processors to charge you at rates close to main stream content processing. Let me explain. We started to process in the adult industry for over a year ago with the initial attitude that this was going to be a very tuff business when it comes to manage risk. We started to process at 10.5%, a bit under the competitors in the business, but that was our way to ?buy? market shares. After one year and processing of 211 760 adult transactions we had an internal risk assessment meeting and went through chargebacks, problems, closed websites, refunds etc during the adult year and the conclusion was that our internal anti fraud system together with Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code and J/Secure did better than expected so we decided to set our rates where it should be when it comes to matching the risk. We process your adult credit card transactions at 4.9% with 14 days holdback and 261 paydays / year (daily payouts). Of course you can choose to have weekly or monthly payouts but the rate is always at 4.9%. We support cross sells, up sells and are integrated in both MPA3 and NATS and for smaller sites we have an integrated affiliate solution. Now, many of you will probably ask which acquirers we are working with, and the answer is many in different regions among First Data Germany and US, Citibank US, Nordea Sweden, BOC Cyprus, Nordea US (New York Branch). As Jesper said a year ago from now (with more or less luck ;) We are here to stay! And that has not changed! www.zombaio.com I will reply to as many questions I can this week when the banner is up, but this board is not our primary communication channel so please, if you want a reply quick, send the question to [email protected], call us or request an online chat! |

No, we don't charge the $750 registration fee right now. We would have a hard time taking over smaller merchant if we did. The registration is on us for a while, maybe forever. |

How does your company comply with cross border acquiring if your based overseas, and a merchant is based in the U.S. if your bank is not located in the U.S.?

RSS and FHG are upcomming features in IAS. Remember, IAS is just a bi-product to the processing services for small merchants. For larget merchants we recommend NATS or MPA3.

No, absolutely not, but if the chargeback ratio raises above 1% the insurance given to the merchant by Verified by Visa is gone.

Tomas, do you accept websites from Canada? If so, what is your work around the Do you have an answer to the Canadian Visa processing problem?

There is no canadian processing problem. Several of our US acquirers accept CA Merchants. I think even CCBill accept canadian merchants now.

What happen to my members information database ( read here CC info ) if Zombaio go out of business.
I will be able to transfert my rebilling members to another billing compagny? Is it true that these data belong to the billing compagny and not to the websites owners when you deal with a third party billing like Zombaio. Thanks |

All processors are since 2006 required following the PCI DSS requirements which make it strictly forbidden to transfer billing data to a non-PCI entity, such as the merchant. But it is allowed to send billing data to another PCI entity if encrypted. The problem here is that the process between the processors needs to be seamless, and if it was, it would be very easy to change processor. And that is of course not in every processors best interest. |

Wow, 4.9% rate, no rolling reserve, no per transaction fee and no minimum volume? Sounds almost too good to be true. I have a VOD site that needs processing, I may have to hit you up.
