I lived for 2 years in Slovakia and Czech Republic in late 90’s. After I’ve returned back to Canada, I could not believe how bland the fruit we eat here tastes. I also forgot that such things as peanut or shellfish allergies exist. I don’t know what it’s like there now, but I don’t think it’s anywhere as bad as it’s here. They sell us seedless fruit here – fruit that is supposed to have seed. They sell us big plump vegetables that never seem to rot. It’s really frightening how fucked up food industry in North America is.

I make sure food I eat is clean, healthy and no to much processed food.

My grandma used to say "don't worry about a little muck, you have to eat a ton of shit before you die" - theres very very little in the average household that would do anyone the vaguest bit of harm if consumed.

Consuming large amounts of HFCS from childhood through adulthood will, almost without question, seriously fuck your health. Drinking one can of coca-cola won't hurt you. It's the cumulative affect of years of what really amounts to abuse of your body. Just like smoking one cigarette isn't going to hurt you, but smoking for 10 or 20+ years WILL.
