Premier Pro Question... Please Help

I'm shooting some HD content (1080p 60i) and editing in Premier Pro on a Mac. This is my first time shooting HD so I'm a little lost on what settings to use on export that will maintain good quality but allow for a file size small enough for web. Also, since I'm using a Mac, Premier doesn't have the option of rendering as wmv so I'm trying to figure out the best format to render so I can convert it to wmv afterwards.

If anyone has suggestions I'd love to hear them.

I'm a long time Premiere Pro user on pc and what I always recommend is that one exports their edited videos from the timeline as a high resolution intermediate file like a DV AVI with SD material or a .m2t or Cineform codec AVI with HDV video and then import that intermediate file into a dedicated video encoding app like Cleaner XL, Sorenson Squeeze, Windows Media Maker, Adobe Flash Encoder or other appropriate app. That way you can get the best quality results and have more control over the video encoding process, such as color correcting, adding transparent watermarks and the ability to do a batch of different formats, frame sizes and bit rates in one fell swoop. If you are on Mac, I think their video encoding app is called Compressor.

JZ!... if you want to export in WMV on a MAC, and don't want to go thru the hassle of using intermediate video files to encode in a windows machine, you should consider Flip4Mac.

It allows encoding WMV in MAC computers.
Google for Flip4Mac Studio Pro HD.

Cheers!
