Anyone knows if Google Checkout accepts Epass Visa cards?? Especially from card holders in countries with limited Epass functionality such as Eastern Europe who can only withdraw funds

Paypal doesn't accept the epass virtual visa, and a couple of online stores I tried declined it too.

I've tested it with CCBill and had no luck. That and Google Checkout are the only two I have had issues with.

the virtual doesn't work since a + month ago. also adwords used to accept virtual epass but now they do not accept anymore. don't know why..

Use of the virtual card has nothing to do with the country you are.
Some merchants does not accept the virtual card for various reasons for example because its a debit card or issued in another country than you are in.

I am sorry but I don't know if its possible to use at Google Checkout but you should be able to use it at Adwords, if you have problems using it at Adwords please send me a email with your UserID and the day/time you last tried.
