To keep costs down as you would be typically talking about drive up ATM's (do not say ATM machine - thats fucking stupid and suggest you need a helmet). Now by producing just 1 ATM type that can be used for walk up and drive through, they can keep costs down. Yes blind people use walk up ATM's.

I've always thought it was bonehead when you call your ISP because your internet connection is down and the hold message is "you can contact us via the web" message..

I love that one too. I also like when the afternoon news tells you about the traffic and they say things like, "It is slow going on your way home from work tonight." If I am home watching this I already know what the traffic is like and chances are if I am at work I am not watching TV
