i think tiered pricing is DOA. Democrats, who are getting used to bossing around the private sector, will have a hissy fit.

i just saw something on tv not to long ago about this. from what I got, it will only effect less than 2% of the population that has broadband, as well it would not include streaming of videos and music, only physically downloading the materials.

Verizon VOD uses the internet to stream the movies, so in that case, i would only be able to watch like 4 hd movies a month before i would be paying through the nose? i doubt that would fly.
