What I did Saturday Part 2 (video)
this one covers from take off to landing. mentions of "she held up" refer to the camera, which quit working in the first flight from negative G force (its a hard disk HD cam) it worked fine this time though so you get all the extreme stunts...check it out and if you ever get the chance

Cool stuff. I used to go fishing at a spot where tow planes would pull gliders into the air all day long. Always thought about what it must be like, so thanks for sharing.
