Toronto Restaurants - My google map I made from Chowhound, Bookmark!
Hey baby.
So I made this map some time ago, realized it might be helpful to some people around here.. In fact you can add some of your favourite places, please do! I'd love to have it more complete. I set it so anyone can collaborate, but I'm not sure that it's working. http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UT...6b73a7438d51e3 Basically when I come across a restaurant at Chowhound that looks interesting, I try to find it using Google Maps and add it. I also add a cuisine and any small comments in the titles so I can pick things out easily. Wish I could search or sort by titles though. Hrmph. Anyways here's a few examples of how I write them in: Drupati's Doubles & Roti Shop (Best Trini) <---- $1.25 doubles Mmmmmmmmmm.. Kaiseki-Sakura (Sushi-Japanese - Expensive) ZET's Drive-Inn Restaurant (24 Hours!) Ceasar Salad try The Queen's Arms Maharani (British Pub - Indian Food) |

La Castile in the 427/Dundas area serves up great steak and seafood. A definite must if you've never been.
Dante's has some of the best pizza in the city; veal sandwich requires knife and fork. They will deliver anywhere, from Newmarket to Oakville. |

Forget Lee Gardens on Spadina. It is a Chinese fusion restaurant.
(peppered filet mignon with avacado and cashews in a tarot root basket) |
