His death baffled doctors because AIDS was not discovered and officially recognized until 5 June 1981, when five San Francisco doctors discovered the disease, long after Robert's death.

Some of the notables are pretty nuts.

Eliana Martinez (1981–1989) American girl whose mother appealed a court ruling that the girl would only be allowed to be in school if she would be in a glass cage during classes.

Gugu Dlamini (1962–1998) South African AIDS activist stoned to death by her neighbors after revealing she was HIV positive.

i swear to god that i thought he was a little off for that role. his mannerisms etc were quite effeminate for a brutal drug lord. even the way he's sitting in that pic says "hey, i'm supposed to be really mean, but i'll lick your nutsack if you let me"... also his main guy (the bald hitman guy) was also a little off in a similar way.
