They took over Netpond with 6 figures in monthly ad revenue.... they spent every penny of it and chased it all the way down to almost nothing as ad revenues collapsed. they had a mansion outside London for an office (where meat lived), they had a large staff, they were flying large crews to shows, they were developing stuff etc etc etc. if you think they made money with Netpond, you are mistaken. even today, i doubt it makes enough to pay for Meats weed. there were silent partners in Netpond in addition to meat and Aga that just walked away because they knew they could never get cashed out and it was all quickly becoming a financial liability. They also ended up with massive debts from one of their ventures.

There is nothing "substantial" about their program. and when you are mismanaging money and partnered with a full blown, gap toothed retard who should be wearing a helmet 24/7 for his own safety, it pretty hard for things not to derail financially.

We have a few legal issues as the partners who supplied us the content for all of our sites have fucked us big time. We sued them for xx million but they are squealing like stuck pigs protesting about the lawsuit and have applied for security of costs as they believe that Meat is not an EU resident and have obtianed an order for us to pay a very substantial amount to the court in a bond to keep the lawsuit active.

If we lose this lawsuit then all of our affilaites could potentially infringe the copyright of the defendants and suffer the consequences of that.

Good news is that the defendants seem to have employed a bunch of retards to represent them. The trial date is set for next month. In the meantime I plan for all affiliates to be paid up to date very soon.

FACT - Even if your content provider did fuck you you still should be paying your webmasters regardless of your own personal problems.

It is almost laughable that you finally bother to do some explaining to all the webmasters you've been jerking around for months and it still contains the words 'affiliates will be paid up to date soon'.

You are using affiliates money to pay for your fucking court case and there is still, in your own words' a chance that not only will webmasters not be paid but they could also be sued!?!?!

Some interesting information off netpond from sleazybear. Hopefully it all gets sorted out.

"Ok, I can put all this into prospective.. One post to compile everything..

A company that supplied images to NC and CU was under contract for exclusive content. In return they got a % of the money generated from those sites. They inturn violated the contracted when they opened there own sites with the same content. Then they wanted all the content and the sites that used there content pulled from NC and CU and fuck all the affiliates.
This would of not only crushed NC and CU but also every webmaster that promotes the program.

Meat and Aga filed a lawsuit and they counter sued... Everything was rolling along fine. Then the office and Meat and Aga moved to Spain, this is where it got screwed up. Because now the judge has no juristiction over the Meat and Aga or the company. So there lawyers got the judge to issue that Meat and Aga had to issue security bonds to cover the cost of there lawyers plus the cost of the counter suit if Meat and Aga lost.
This is really put a huge dent in everything, Meat and Aga are scrambling to cover these bonds, there is a new one every month it seems like because every time there lawyers do something they are charging outragous fee's and interest and all this other crap that goes with them.
I knew this, I thought Aga had posted something about this, but I guess my alzhymers kicked and and I imagened it.

Now what happens, If Netpond wins everyone gets paid, and the sites stays and the content provider has to honor the contract.

Now if they loose do you loose, No.. Yes you will have to pull the content. But you will be paid. Meat and Aga will no longer have to cover those security bonds and everything is fine.

Now was I supose to post this, I have no clue, but I have taken what was posted on gfy and explained it to you all.

This is another example of how Meat and Aga got fucked by trying to help a content provider out, by supplying everything and all he had to do was shoot content. I seen the contract.

Meat and Aga have looked like shit for the last couple of months because of non payment, but in all truths, the payments haven't been made because they are trying to protect the webmasters that do promote the program.

I hope everything understands this now."

We sued them for xx million but they are squealing like stuck pigs protesting about the lawsuit and have applied for security of costs as they believe that Meat is not an EU resident and have obtianed an order for us to pay a very substantial amount to the court in a bond to keep the lawsuit active. If we lose this lawsuit then all of our affilaites could potentially infringe the copyright of the defendants and suffer the consequences of that. Good news is that the defendants seem to have employed a bunch of retards to represent them. The trial date is set for next month. In the meantime I plan for all affiliates to be paid up to date very soon. Pleasurepays, I love you too! lol!

Hopefully it all gets sorted out. "Ok, I can put all this into prospective.. One post to compile everything.. A company that supplied images to NC and CU was under contract for exclusive content. In return they got a % of the money generated from those sites. They inturn violated the contracted when they opened there own sites with the same content. Then they wanted all the content and the sites that used there content pulled from NC and CU and fuck all the affiliates. This would of not only crushed NC and CU but also every webmaster that promotes the program. Meat and Aga filed a lawsuit and they counter sued... Everything was rolling along fine. Then the office and Meat and Aga moved to Spain, this is where it got screwed up. Because now the judge has no juristiction over the Meat and Aga or the company. So there lawyers got the judge to issue that Meat and Aga had to issue security bonds to cover the cost of there lawyers plus the cost of the counter suit if Meat and Aga lost. This is really put a huge dent in everything, Meat and Aga are scrambling to cover these bonds, there is a new one every month it seems like because every time there lawyers do something they are charging outragous fee's and interest and all this other crap that goes with them. I knew this, I thought Aga had posted something about this, but I guess my alzhymers kicked and and I imagened it. Now what happens, If Netpond wins everyone gets paid, and the sites stays and the content provider has to honor the contract. Now if they loose do you loose, No.. Yes you will have to pull the content. But you will be paid. Meat and Aga will no longer have to cover those security bonds and everything is fine. Now was I supose to post this, I have no clue, but I have taken what was posted on gfy and explained it to you all. This is another example of how Meat and Aga got fucked by trying to help a content provider out, by supplying everything and all he had to do was shoot content. I seen the contract. Meat and Aga have looked like shit for the last couple of months because of non payment, but in all truths, the payments haven't been made because they are trying to protect the webmasters that do promote the program.
