I knew this, I thought Aga had posted something about this, but I guess my alzhymers kicked and and I imagened it.

Now what happens, If Netpond wins everyone gets paid, and the sites stays and the content provider has to honor the contract.

Now if they loose do you loose, No.. Yes you will have to pull the content. But you will be paid. Meat and Aga will no longer have to cover those security bonds and everything is fine.

Now was I supose to post this, I have no clue, but I have taken what was posted on gfy and explained it to you all.

This is another example of how Meat and Aga got fucked by trying to help a content provider out, by supplying everything and all he had to do was shoot content. I seen the contract.

Meat and Aga have looked like shit for the last couple of months because of non payment, but in all truths, the payments haven't been made because they are trying to protect the webmasters that do promote the program.

I hope everything understands this now."

aga and meat are effectively gambling with their webmaster's money which is obviously no way to treat your webmasters.

Even peon aga doesn't say that if they lose everyone will be paid. If they lose there will be NO money to pay anyone and anyone using their content...

I'm totally ambivalent to this situation, but it is interesting and I read th whole 3 pages and this is why I'm quoting this as it was in my head the whole time - you pay what you owe first, and what's left you us for whatever you want, whether it be a boat, a car, a house, a lawyer, a bond whatever - but you pay your dues that are owed. This "affiliate pot" isn't something that can be used for tough times - it's stuff to be used to pay dues. Nothing less, nothing more.

Anyone that uses affiliate money as a slush fund is a fucking squirmy lowlife.

Now even if they do pay, they will have people following them around making sure to let everyone know of this 3 month hold on payments. So why waste you hard earned traffic and money promoting this program? If affiliates were what they truly cared about, they could have take out a mortgage on their homes…taken out a 2nd mortgage, NOT moved to Spain… the list goes on. So let’s ask them this…if someone broke into their house and stole all their valuables, but left them a note saying “sorry, I have bills to pay. Hopefully I’ll bring your shit back”, would they have the same blasé attitude? Because that’s basically what they are doing.

I just hate to see hard working webmaster hold on to nothing. If you cared so much you would have posted a reply on your own forum with your affliates that are stressed out waiting for a reply, and money, not here because a thread was started with your name in it!

If they do end up paying affiliates after this supposed court case. Will these sheep still follow them and send sales? Will the advertisers of the forum keep buying ad space. I sure hope not. What if they have a divorce from their wife’s and she takes ½, and they need money to cover that? Will they do it again. Of course they will. If they do it once, they will do it again. The company and brand Netpond is only losing value right now, not gaining it. Now even if they do pay, they will have people following them around making sure to let everyone know of this 3 month hold on payments. So why waste you hard earned traffic and money promoting this program? If affiliates were what they truly cared about, they could have take out a mortgage on their homes…taken out a 2nd mortgage, NOT moved to Spain… the list goes on. So let’s ask them this…if someone broke into their house and stole all their valuables, but left them a note saying “sorry, I have bills to pay. Hopefully I’ll bring your shit back”, would they have the same blasé attitude? Because that’s basically what they are doing. I'm really not trying to strike up drama and "kick a dog when it's down" I just hate to see hard working webmaster hold on to nothing.
