What in your opinion makes a good landing page when it comes to adult sites?

Does it have to match the design of the site?
Or can it be mostly text?

My opinion - don't write too much text. Nobody wants to read a lot of porn. More pics - more, more. Some people close a porn site 5 seconds after they enter it. Why? Because it did not have appealing pictures of porn.

TEST AND MEASURE.

Use the free google website optimiser. Do tests. What works for YOUR traffic and YOUR content may not work for someone else.

It's simple to test thanks for the google tool. So build several versions and see which converts best.
