However, I have learned to keep hours and make time for myself. So I will take weekends off, and even make some time during the week for myself to just veg out, go to the casino, or spend time with friends and family.

But when I am at my desk, I am cranking away on multiple computers full tilt.

Since December or so I've been working 7 days a week, an average of 14 hours a day. But that's only because I've got seven projects hitting more-or-less this month so I knew I'd have to crank it to reach that deadline.

Usually it's more like 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week. I always take off 1 full day a week, just to re-charge. Burnout is HUGE in this business - or any biz where you spend hours in front of a monitor - so you must replenish your energies, both physical and emotional. But when I say 'take off' (eh?) I mean: only check emails six times a day as opposed to six hundred. LOL

I work hard during the week, however I forced myself to not touch the computer on the weekends unless it's very important. Been in the adult biz since 1995, I've done it all.

May I stress that it's very important to keep hours and when its time to stop working, go find something else to do! Staying busy and having fun with your personal life can make you more creative and productive at work! Life goes by so quickly, get out there and be successful in your personal life as well!!

I used to work virtually 24/7 back in the day...

Was worth it... I made my money, and havnt squandered it on fancy cars, hookers & blow etc...

These days I'm semi retired, and my stuffs on autopilot... I do my best to work as little as possible, and prefer to pay others to do any new stuff for me...
