More than 200 companies have joined a boycott of Beck's program, making it difficult for Fox to sell ads. The time has instead been sold to smaller firms offering such products as Kaopectate, Carbonite, 1-800-PetMeds and Goldline International. A handful of advertisers, such as Apple, have abandoned Fox altogether.

So, it is your contention that even though his ratings are through the roof it does not mean people are watching it, or they are watching it because it sucks?

man, when not even the Idaho Potato Commission wants to advertise with you...

?It has been our long-standing policy to not advertise on any controversial programs,? said Frank Muir, President & CEO of the Idaho Potato Commission, in an email to ColorOfChange.org. ?We have informed FOX that the Idaho Potato Commission will no longer advertise on the Glen [sic] Beck Show.?

You know ever since I added fatfoo to my ffvb ignore list, other peoples replies on gfy are becoming incoherent... it takes me a minute to realize the thread has been derailed thanks to fatfoo.

That's why I'm hesitant to add people to ignore; it would totally fuck up the flow of entire threads.

Let's take a closer look at this word, Census. You see, it is closely related to the word censor. And that's what the Obama Administration is trying to do to us, ladies and gentlemen. They are trying to remove God from our great land, and silence those of us who want to stand up for the ideals of the Constitution. We cannot allow that to happen (wipes tear from eye). We must be heard. The future of our children must be protected from the socialists and the communists. The last time a government started censoring public thought, they killed 6 million Jews. God Bless you my friends.

It's a funny catch-22, huh? They got ignored because they post so much horseshit but because they post so much horseshit and it gets blocked some threads make very little sense so I am inclined to unblock them.
