Found this at one of the illegal surfers board where they post links to stolen content from paysites:

Nowhere in your posts at that site did you give even lip-service to the work I did in the original post here.

Yes, I've seen some of the stuff on there. The posters aren't even prepared to say "credit to original poster"! They are thieves, pure & simple who aren't even prepared to follow the unwritten rules: always credit the original poster!

They do not seem to get the irony of it all

It is also amazing how protective they all are of their little "copyrights" such as screenshots and video descriptions. 100% of them fail to give any credit whatsoever to the producers of the original work, whom they despise and their holy belief is that other people's work is here to "share" for free. But when it comes to their own "work", the winds change instantly. Those who steal it are scam of earth, people without honor. They are thieves, pure & simple, ya know

I saw that a fair bit last weekend while sending out DMCA's. If I was not so mad, I would have had a good chuckle. Some of the rules on these forums are also priceless gems.

download their files, report their links, then re-upload same files and repost clones. Mask yourself as "thief", but no one can touch your files. You will be the hero, they will suck, and that will create furious anger and destroy the community

I don't get them. From time to time, such idiots hit my forum.
They spam filesharing links as if it was advertisement. Very professional-looking spam posts with screen capture preview image etc.

Now THAT hurts, you can tell that from their comments following the "holocaust" day - several posters admitted they're going to take a break at least for awhile, several others seem to be going to quit uploading at all because of the frustration they feel. But they still blame it all on rapidshare, which is very important and good for us, the longer ambush factor lasts, the better.
