Windows web server, IP restrictions?
im trying to find a windows server that will let me host web pages, but can also limit access to the server by IP only.. any ideas?

you could do that on windows 2003 server without mayor problem, any system admin at hosting company should know how do to that..

You can assign range of ip-s or just add the ips you want to have access to it..
