Looks like this was the reason.
" A new stats server was introduced Thursday May 27 at 9:20 pm EST. The migration over to the new server took 20 minutes, during this time stats access was down but all stats were counting and updated in affiliate stats. Our new stats server should help us serve our affiliates better. We hope you enjoy the increased speed!"

We upgraded our Stats servers last night, there was about 20 minutes that stats couldn't be accessed but all stats were tracked.
