I have to say, I was well underway in changing my ways since last year, (alcohol was a big hurdle for me), but your posts here definitely have inspired and kept me inspired to do more than just not-be-drunk any more. Throughout my life I've never been able to settle for 'good enough', and your posts and attitude here have kept me from falling into that trap when I needed it the most. Sloth is probably the hardest thing of all to break.

Next to being high all the time it probably is ...... When I quit doing "certain things" liquor was the obvious choice. I've quit beer totally. 1-2 shots of good potato vodka a night is what I'm keeping myself down to.

WOW!! That is pretty positive.

I have met and have hung out with Dyna Mo, he is in very good shape and is very on point with what he says and does. Everything he posts with regards to diet, exercise, supplements, he talks from trying it on himself. There is no bullshit or half truths with this guy when he talks about what he knows.

Got to respect that.

Weed is an interesting thing. I smoked a ton when I was a kid, but it never did much for me. Now as an adult, I got my medical card for a legit reason, and it has helped me in ways I never would have imagined. It makes the very thought of booze repulsive to me, it helps my chronic insomnia, it helps me think things through more clearly, takes away a lot of the chronic pain I have, and it keeps my manic / depressive cycles better in check... I can't say enough good things about it.
