I doubt she has had that much work done. I had read that Michael Bay made her put on 20 lbs to be in transformers because he thought she was too skinny. I saw pics of her from the other day and she is very tight and thin right now. When an already skinny girl loses 20 lbs it can make her face look different. Add in different make-up, lighting and hair and it could make her look very different.
