I only have old contacts who do not work there anymore. Anybody i can 'talk' to right now?

Email is not coming through on some accounts, probably since a day or 10.

Note that this is not the first time email stops working, we only hold our hosting account there because of this important email address. Not too many emails there, but only our most important ones for taxes, paypal notifications and contracts. Hence the reason why we do not always know email is not coming in.

Who would have thought webmail like gmail would be more reliable in the end than your own hosting email ;-)

gmail never failed me once, hosted mail many times due to reasons that are unknown to me

I have been emailing our hired programmer every day since june 28th, because his deadline was July 1st.

Each day a little more angry and frustrated for him not sending any reply. Thought we'd hired yet another guy who went AWOL. I guess he's just as frustrated for sending replies to us we never saw.

No news from phat yet. I'm gonna send my support email to emergency in seconds...

Gotta love non working email.

ok, it's been over an hour and i tried many things, like email to support and emergency, this board, icq.

Non working email is 1, but i am dying to see if our project actually IS done by our programmer and now i have to go out of office.

It's been over a week of staring at a screen waiting for OTHERS to catch up. Gotta hate that.

i do not doubt that. Few things in the world are left unsolved. I'd rather have it solved a week ago, not a week from now;-)

Maybe I am missing something here but when I look at their web site I see phone numbers and text message numbers, too. If you are looking for a faster response I would assume the phone would be faster than GFY.......yes, they are my competitor but they deserve one chance to fix your problem before it goes public dontcha think?

I've been online for an hour, someone just sent me a link for this thread, in that hour we have received 7 tickets that have been dealt with, 3 people have contacted me directly on ICQ and I have had one live chat conversation... no calls have come in, so what old contact info do you have? If it is Sly we have him programmed to auto-forward to us. ;-)

The info listed on the site is correct, hasn't changed, you are in my ICQ contact list, I have no message from you... I just sent you a message from 5 605 4895... no response.

you should have the email just forward to a gmail. thats always been the most reliable for me

I use their help desk support system. Just submit a ticket. Always get a quick response. Even in the middle of the night.

If it's a major emergency, get ahold of Chris. That guy's amazing. He fixes everything almost instantly.

Hosts should stop offering ICQ support. A ticket system is the only way to go.
