My understanding is that there was a judgement, maybe some people got paid, and then he said that the plaintiffs were in breech of the conditions of the judgement, as there are websites out there, designed to defame him. Really just an excuse to get out of paying. As for where everything stands now.. I have no clue.

I had a small amount in ePassporte, just a few hundred dollars, but I was able to spend it on merchandise a few years ago and bought a laptop as a gift for someone to close out my account. This was probably around Christmas, 2010.

No, I didn't say anything about being a lawyer. It took something like 5 or 6 or 7 phone calls to get it accomplished, and I seem to remember having to use a different credit card number because my ePassporte card had expired at just about the time this all went down.
