Hey Hey!!!
A friend of mine made some research, read this::::

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dissolu...lands_Antilles
R.I.P. Antilles

Plus fun:

It seems that the whole epass issue could be [or IS?] related to the autonomy of Dutch Antilles

Chezter 10-11-2010 07:57 AM

So I assume that if I have 56 dollars on wallet there is no way how to get it out, right?

anthony78 10-11-2010 08:19 AM

Hi there,
I have found this:

http://www.zlattorneys.com -
"ZL Attorneys your lawyers in Curacao and the Netherlands Antilles | Your Personal Lawyer"

I think that is time for us to contact a lawyer cause somebody said on other forum that:

".... epassporte has been dissolved on October the 6th, there is only 30 days for creditors to send a petition. After that period liquidator will distribute surpluses among shareholders (read as Mallick gets it all LEGALLY).
I would bet that when 18th comes we get another time buying shit from him. Could be a wire request form or anything that they will review for like 10 days and then another 10 days to "make a wire". Which none of us will see after November 6th.
So, we have to put legal pressure on him, rather waiting for a miracle and giving him the only thing he needs now - time."

Hope all goes well, but just in case.

It's the most helpful post that we have to considerer, Thx for sharing Anthony.
Mallick buy time since the begining of his fall (plan ?). He clearly expect to get the most money possible from our wallets after the legal delay.
It looks like another scam more, in a scam world. Whatever the outcome, we all have to ask ourselves about confidence we give to this kind of online deposit, now causing distress to many people.
Now we must join our efforts to launch a lawsuit against Mallick, i don't live in US so it'll be harder for me to do something effective, i just fill forms and trying to get info. But you guys in US, DON'T GIVE UP !!
Sorry for my crappy english,
Peace to all

Don't think anyone has been able to get that info from message centre.

Take a look at cached info in CC details box on your PC if you have used it online before - start a dummy purchase online and see if your card details pop-up in the drop down box. Or maybe an old email?

rigo82 10-12-2010 03:16 PM

better yet..call the bank

I didnt use CC online before at all :( Also I entered wrong PIN 3 times and cant withdraw money from ATM, I tried today to buy smth in shop but was asked to enter PIN again - as result transaction declined. Just found out that I may use passport in shop instead of PIN, but will it work? Entering of 3 wrong pins doesnt mean that card is locked and all operations will be declined?

" MY MONEY WAS TRANSFERED TODAY TUESDAY 12 OF OCTOBER. I GOT NEWS FROM SOME PEOPLE I KNOW WHOS MONEY WAS ALSO RETURNED. AFTER ALL, IT SEEMS TO BE A MATTER OF TIME. "

What do you think about it?

Anybody who has had to provide SKNANB with more info to access VV funds, what alternative IDs do they take?

I've managed to misplace my passport, wondering if they would take drivers license + birth certificate...

Contacted them but no response yet.

Please send only one email with your question or funds withdrawal request. If you send multiple emails, your request will take longer to process and also delay repayments for everyone.

Changes to the St Kitts message:

"To All SKNANB Visa Prepaid Cardholders

As most of you should be aware, the majority of cardholders can now access (and have been) the funds on their Visa Card using their existing virtual card and/or physical card(s), without providing SKNANB further information.A small percentage of cardholders are required to provide certain confirming due diligence information.

If you have attempted to use your card without success, it likely means that your account has been identified as one requiring additional due diligence information. Please email us [email protected], including the first and last name on the card and the last four digits of either the virtual or physical card and we will verify as soon as is possible as to whether or not you will need to provide additional due diligence information. Please be patient, as we are receiving numerous emails regarding this matter; we are attempting to respond to all emails within 24 hours. We have begun the review process of the documentation and the unblocking of cards. This process will take some time, as per the information on the form; we appreciate your patience.

ATM LIMITS AND FEES:
SKNANB has received questions with respect to cash withdrawal limits. The daily limits for cash withdrawals will be US$320.00 (three hundred and twenty) per day. This limit cannot be modified. Also, please note that the fee structure will be unchanged, including the ATM withdrawal fee, which remains at US$3.00 (The $10.00 fee mentioned elsewhere on the sknanb.com website is Eastern Caribbean dollars and relates to another, non-associated product).

PIN ISSUES:
SKNANB has received questions about persons whose Pin codes are not working. At this time, we are unable to change or issue new Pins, but we can reset your card if you used the incorrect Pin too many time (three times). Please contact us to reset your card if you have used the Pin too many times. If you cannot remember your Pin, we are unable, at present, to issue a new Pin, you will need to use your physical card at swipe merchants (e.g. grocery stores, restaurants etc.) or your virtual card for shopping online.

EXPIRED CARDS:
For those cardholders whose cards are expired, we are working on a solution that would allow you to use your virtual card online with a new expiry date, however, we do not have a definitive timeline as to when this solution will be implemented. Please keep checking this site for updates in this regard. Please continue to check this website for further updates. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your SKNANB prepaid card, please contact SKNANB at [email protected] addition, cardholders can call +1-869-466-9733 to contact the cardholder services centre between the hours of 8am and 4pm Atlantic Standard Time. Please note, the call volume could be quite large, as such, there may be extended wait times.

We understand the inconvenience and SKNANB thanks you for your continued patience.
