It's still a loss, he had to pay to get paid....no matter how much he was owed.

You would think that dickhead from epass would have to absorb the cost of each client that is trying to get their funds back (ie. $2500.00 x number of clients)....who knows.

I and others went through the same thing several years back and it was going to cost us a huge hunk of cash as retainer, with no guarantee we would win the case :winkwink:

I also forgot to mention, when I used the word "you" in the post, it was not directed at him/her personally, but rather at the scenario of people having to pay to get paid...so to speak.

It's all fun anyway and I am glad some have got their money back.

Fortunately, I didn't have much money left in my ePassporte when they decided to run off with the loot. However, a couple of years ago I did have an unauthorized transaction from my bank account in the form of an electronic check in the amount of $29.95 from a company named Online World Entertainment. Reading other threads relating to this fraudulent charge and it seems some of the other victims had ePassporte accounts.

I had 7k in my account, but never transferred it into the ''wallet''. For some reason I didn't like the idea at the time, so I never used it.

I was able to slowly withdraw the money out of my account a week or two after that other bank took over.

I feel sorry for everyone who got hit.. I just hope someone bumps into the guy one day :mad:
