If this is a competent company, they have been working with lawyers and banks all weekend long.

Though CUSTOMER SERVICE is closed on weekends and holidays, with these kind of numbers officers and lawyers are on the phone or in meeting this weekend if they were working on a solution. Ask any well placed bank officers wife how many Christmases and Thanksgivings have been ruined.

The again, they could be waiting for the feds or judges who would not work on the weekend unless it was a bust...

I think the wallet shit is a bunch of BS. Most people did not read the wallet statement when it was sent out. If I would have read it when they first started doing it I would have closed my epass account right then.

I put in for a withdrawal of funds at epassporte from my wallet on Friday to my bank account. The funds went into my bank account today. I'd imagine that as soon as they either meet all of Visa's requirements or find another bank to issue them credit cards it will be business as usual...with alot of folks just a little bit more savvy as far as where they leave their money.

Something sure is fishing, I find it EXTREMELY hard to believe that Visa International physically controls the funds in the ePassporte Virtual Visa account. If nobody has already I would contact the FBI or the Justice Department ASAP!

This idea that either Visa or the bank had a holiday has been mentioned a couple of times.
These cards are issued under VISA International, not Visa USA, so no holiday.

Good chance that the VV to Wallet situation was a decision made by management to keep themselves solvent while this plays out. Obviously this would give them all the wiggle room and time they need to sort out the mess.

epass was always delayed by US holidays, notices would go out to sponsors to take US holidays into consideration when sending wires.

You see, according to epass: eppasportlandia is left of the screen, the bank with your money for beer and hookers is on the right , across the bridge. you see this mighty pirate, that is you..and that troll who keeps you from getting the money is visa (or Mallick according to some here). He does not own or have actual control of the funds, he just doesn't allow you to cross the bridge. and yes, you are right, something is "fishing" here because if i remember it correctly you have to give a fish to this troll to get a pass...

read up on how visa works. they control the money transmitting for the vv. if they suspend it you can't transmit money. retards.

I think ePass will be gone and the sooner we accept that the sooner we can stop worrying
and just move on. However, I have had a couple of emails from Michael at epass about an
unrelated issue, which suggest that HE thinks they are going to make it through. If he thought
they were going away, I don't think he'd bother to respond to my emails about a much smaller issue.
