One of my sponsors' payouts did not arrive on epassporte.
It says they paid on Sept 2nd in Nats. I don't fear for the money being lost, because the sponsor is top notch. But still, I don't see why it should not have gone through.
Besides, all active sponsors have now put epassporte on hold.
Most likely it was sent when your epass was set to receive to virtual, in which case it would of been returned to sponsor. Contact sponsor if you still want it sent to your wallet.

Having one tonight, I can live with wires from epass provided sponsors will still use. Wires from each sponsor will be expensive and will need to wait for the min payout for wire.

What happens to ATM withdraws done just right before the suspension?
In the past they show as "pending" for some time at the online statement, are Visa not going to cover it or is it transfered to the ATM owners (bank) at once without delays?
I'm not in that situation but the must be many others.

Normally it takes 2-3 business days to send a wire we are a bit backed up and doing our best to catch up.
Since we get a lot of wire request things are taking a little longer at the moment.

Yes i do,they even wrote how i can wire that money from wallet while i cant from virtual visa(which it doesn't matter since it's only 56$ on it).I sended agreement mail twice and still nothing.

I just got off the phone with the bank... They say they are working on this issue with ePassporte and that it should be resolved shortly.
Let's see what happens.

Mr. Mallick is putting all his time and energy into solving this issue as quickly as possible so we can resume business as usual and our Account Holders can access their funds the same as before.
This is Mr. Mallick number 1 priority. Not posting on the boards I have been the primary person posting on the boards for a long time now.
