When you're at the ATM, which of the following account type do you choose to access the epass funds: checking, saving or credit card?
Thing is the ATM near my house doesn't have the credit card option and I'm wondering if that's why I cant withdraw any money.

i select credit card, will see with paxum card, but for epass it was cc

For epass its always been CC but I've used checking by mistake and it still worked.

Universal Account... savings... checking... credit card... all of them used to work for me...

It's been 10 days since you could access your money, and you're still wondering why you can't?

1. Call the bank
2 Send in your forms
3. Withdraw your money.

Pay close attention to steps 1 and 2.
