Finally got my site back up after...
the retards at fmylife sent a DMCA to my hosting company, trying to say I stole their script lol.

Thanks man, yeah and my lawyer in LA sent them a letter back after their C&D calling their claim "baseless"

They were whining, and bitching because I was getting SE traffic from their terms like "FML sex" "fml sex stories" etc.

why would they stupidly use all the same names for classes, etc... could have just as easily been just a little discrete

that kind of laziness certainly can't help in a legal situation

Actually they didn't send the DMCA till the beginning of 2010 I think. I've been really busy with other things and finally re-connected with a developer friend of mine who is ready to work on it. We'll be developing it further and re-designing the site.
