Hiring Full-Time Marketing Manager - OnlyFans Agency - Hands-On Traffic Growth

We’re a multi 6-figure/month OnlyFans agency scaling aggressively. I’m looking for a full-time Marketing Manager who’s hands-on, takes ownership, and knows how to grow traffic.

The Role:​
You’ll be responsible for executing and scaling traffic channels that drive subscribers to our models OnlyFans accounts.

Your core mission:
Deliver consistent, profitable traffic growth. Build teams if necessary. Bring skills into the business. Optimise our current marketing channels.

Scope includes:
- Running paid ads (Meta, Google, Adult)
- SEO strategy and execution (if that’s in your skillset)
- Managing affiliates
- Anything else that drives qualified traffic profitably
- If you’re not personally strong in a channel, you’ll manage or source the right staff/freelancers to execute.
- You’ll get whatever budget you need - but only if your proposed strategy/idea delivers a positive ROI.

Non-Negotiables:​
- You must have blackhat/adult marketing experience (ideally adult or OF traffic)
- You’ll work UK hours and be available weekends when needed
- There’s no “40-hour week” mentality here - when work needs doing, it gets done
- You must be commercially driven and fast in communication
- You work exclusively for us. No other 'clients' or marketing roles.
- We expect results, not excuses
- If you want structured 9–5 and weekends off - don’t apply.

Reporting Line:​
You’ll report directly to our Marketing Director. You’ll have autonomy to make day-to-day decisions but must seek sign-off on major budget or directional shifts.

Future Growth:​
There’s room to grow into Head of Marketing / CMO level if you prove yourself. We promote based on impact and results - not time served.
